Did you know that we have our own, in-house custom jewelry design team? We do, and we think it’s one of the things that sets us above the rest. Our amazing bench jewelers (this is what we call those master craftspeople who create and repair jewelry) can essentially make anything you like out of gold, platinum, silver or any combination thereof. Are you in love with a particular stone but can’t find the right setting? We can custom-make it for you. In addition to incorporating any stone, we can accommodate any design or engraving you have your heart set on. Sometimes, only custom will do. 

So how does all this work? It’s easier than you think! All it requires is your ideas and a sit-down with us, either at the store or online. You don’t need to be a sketch artist. In fact, you don’t need to sketch anything at all – we will ask you all the right questions to bring your idea to life. If you do have a sketch, all the better, as a picture is worth a thousand words.

One custom design may have influences and ideas from several sources – a band from one, a font from another, a mounting from another and even a stone combination from yet another. We’ll then work with you on a design that incorporates all the technical and artistic elements and works for you in terms of timing and your budget. At the end of the process, you’ll have exactly what you want.
